These terms will govern the tutoring service provided by TutorArch. The supplying company and full terms will be confirmed before launch. This is a working draft.
The service
TutorArch is a managed tutoring service. We help you find a suitable tutor and arrange lessons. Sending a request or booking a planning call does not create a contract for lessons or charge you.
Requests and bookings
A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm a tutor and a lesson time with you separately. Lessons are 60 minutes; the assessment is 30 minutes.
Payments
When you choose to proceed, we send a secure payment link for the exact amount. A payment confirmation relates to payment only — a lesson is confirmed separately once payment and schedule are both settled. Packages are prepaid lesson counts, not subscriptions, and do not auto-renew.
Changes and cancellations
Our cancellation and refunds policy sets out notice periods, no-shows, tutor cancellations, refunds and credit validity. Please read it alongside these terms.
