Safety

How we support a safe learning experience.

These are our operating practices in plain language. Policy content and any regulatory claims are reviewed before publication — this page isn't legal advice.

How we select tutors

Every tutor goes through the same selection process, and we tell you exactly which checks we've completed for yours. We don't claim external accreditation or approvals we don't have.

Parent-controlled communication

Communication runs through our team. Tutors receive only what they need to teach your child, not your full contact details.

Minimum information

We ask for as little as possible to help — no full date of birth or school address is needed to send a request.

Company-managed meetings

Lessons happen on video meetings we create and control, with joining details shared privately.

No recording by default

Lessons aren't recorded by default. If that ever changed, we'd tell you first and ask for consent.

If something goes wrong

You can raise a concern with a named member of our team. We restrict access to sensitive information and follow up.

Read our privacy notice for how we handle your information, and how we choose tutors for the selection process step by step.

Reporting a concern

If you have a concern about a lesson or a tutor, please contact our safeguarding lead (named contact to be confirmed before launch). We take concerns seriously, restrict access to sensitive details, and will explain what happens next.

Our monitored hours will be published here before launch — we won't promise 24/7 support we can't provide.
