Effective: Draft — effective date to be confirmed

Draft content — this policy is being reviewed and will be finalised before launch.

This notice explains what information we collect when you use this website and contact us, how we use it, and your rights. It is a working draft and will be finalised before launch.

What we collect

When you send a learning request, book a planning call or contact us, we collect the details you provide — for example an adult name and email, a phone number (required to book a planning call, optional elsewhere), the subject and level you're interested in, and any preferences or notes you add.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number, your profile name and whatever you send us. WhatsApp is run by Meta, which handles your messages under its own privacy policy.

We ask you not to include sensitive information about your child in free-text fields. We don't need a full date of birth or a school address to help.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange calls and lessons, coordinate with tutors, and send you service messages such as confirmations and reports.

We use your phone number to ring you for a planning call you've asked for. We only message you on WhatsApp if you contacted us there first or ticked the box asking us to. We don't use your number for marketing.

  • Responding to and following up your request
  • Arranging planning calls, assessments and lessons
  • Sending confirmations, reminders and lesson reports

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the service — for example a database provider to store requests, an email provider to send messages, and (once payments are enabled) a payment provider. Tutors receive only the information they need to teach your child.

The specific vendors we use will be listed here before launch.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to certain uses. Contact us and we'll explain how to exercise these rights.
